Every custom order begins with our official consultation form — no exceptions. If you slide into the DMs, shoot a text, or send an email, we'll lovingly redirect you right back here. The form is where the magic starts.
Once you submit, keep an eye on your inbox. We'll reach out asking for a photo of your dream gown so we can pull together your price quote.
Ready to lock in your date?:
A non-refundable $200 consultation booking fee is required to secure your appointment — and it goes toward the final cost of your gown or suit.
⚠️ Important:
Do not send your consultation fee until you are also prepared to make the 50% down payment on your gown or suit. Once you pay the $200 fee, you'll receive a link to select your consultation date and time. If the down payment isn't in your budget yet, hold off — we'll be here when you're ready.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice require a new $200 booking fee to reschedule. Plan accordingly.
You get one free cancellation, no questions asked. Any cancellation after that requires a new $200 fee to get back on the calendar.
No-shows are not eligible to rebook. Missing your appointment without notice closes the door on working with Trisha Will. We hold your spot seriously so please do the same.
