What I Offer

Every gown in the Trisha Will collection is designed and constructed from the highest quality fabrics, hand-selected crystals, rhinestones, appliqués, and intricate custom detailing. Each piece is the result of hours of precision hand-sewing, expert tailoring, and dedicated craftsmanship because you deserve nothing less.

This is not fast fashion. This is couture, created specifically for you.

Custom gowns and suits begin at $2,500. The final price of your investment will be determined by the complexity of your design, fabric selection, and level of detail, all of which will be discussed and confirmed at your consultation.

  • Your consultation is where everything begins. This is your dedicated, one-on-one time with me where your vision stops being an idea and starts becoming a gown.

During our time together, we will:

    • Review your inspiration images, sketches and ideas. I'll sketch your design in real time so you leave with a visual of exactly what we're creating together.

    • Discuss fabric, color, and embellishment options like crystals, rhinestones, pearls, lace, appliqués, and more, so every detail is intentional and uniquely yours.

    • Take your precise body measurements to ensure your gown fits like it was made just for you (because it is).

    • Discuss any custom modifications or additions to make your design exactly how you envisioned.

    • Set clear expectations around communication, fitting appointments, and your gown's timeline so you always know where we are in the process.

This is also your time to ask questions about the process, the craftsmanship, the timeline, anything. Come open, come prepared, and come ready to bring your dream dress to life. My goal is to create something that is unmistakably, beautifully you.

At the close of your consultation, a non-refundable 50% down payment of your total gown cost is due. Your $200 booking fee will be applied toward your final balance. Deposits and down payments are non-refundable.

    The Contract Process

Once your $200 consultation booking fee is submitted, please email your payment confirmation to hello@trishawill.com. After I receive it, you'll have 72 hours to use your booking link and schedule your consultation date and time.

Your Trisha Will client contract will be sent to you prior to your appointment. It becomes official the moment we meet, in person or virtually, and you sign. That signature, combined with your 50% down payment, is what moves your gown into production.

Please note: No gown will enter production without both a signed contract and a confirmed down payment. This protects your investment and ensures every piece receives the time and attention it deserves.

  • A non-refundable 50% down payment is required at the time of your consultation. As an example, a $2,800 gown requires a $1,400 down payment that day. Your $200 consultation fee will be credited toward your remaining balance, not your down payment.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup. We do not offer payment extensions or payment plans. Gowns will not be released until the balance is paid in full. I ask that all clients come to their consultation financially prepared and ready to move forward.

    Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash · Zelle · Cash App · Venmo

No exceptions outside of the payment methods listed above.

  • Your Fittings

Every Trisha Will client receives between one and three fittings, depending on the complexity of your design and any alterations needed along the way. This is where your gown truly comes to life and I want every moment of it to feel special and professional.

To make sure your fitting goes smoothly, please come prepared:

    • Come clean and free of heavy body oils, lotions, or transferable makeup. We're working with delicate, handcrafted fabrics and need to keep them pristine.

    • Wear seamless underwear in nude, black, or a skin tone that works for you.

    • I will ask you to remove your bra during the fitting. This allows us to properly assess the structure and fit of the gown against your natural frame so every seam lands exactly where it should.

    Gown Handling

These gowns are handcrafted and handled with intention every step of the way. I ask that you do the same.

During your fitting, we will conduct a sit test to confirm you can move and sit comfortably without strain on the fabric or seams.

Please keep the following in mind at all times:

    • Always zip the gown down fully before stepping in or out of it. Never pull it over your head or force it on. This prevents rips, tears, and stress on the seams.

    • Be mindful of your surroundings. Make sure no one steps on, pulls, or tugs on your gown, ever.

    • Once your gown leaves the studio, it is in your care. Any damage that occurs after pickup is your responsibility and will not be covered by Trisha Will.

    Guest Policy

You are welcome to bring up to two guests to your consultation and fitting, one of whom must be a parent or guardian. If you'd like to request an additional guest, please let me know ahead of your appointment and I will do my best to accommodate.

Please note: My home is also my working design space with sharp tools, delicate fabrics, and expensive materials. It is not a suitable environment for young children, and Trisha Will is not responsible for any injuries resulting from unattended minors. If you bring a small child, they must remain with you at all times.

I am committed to making this a safe, professional, and genuinely enjoyable experience for every client. Following these guidelines is how we protect your gown and your moment.

    Gown Pickup

Your custom gown will be ready for pickup between 30 days up to one week before your prom date. You will be notified as your pickup window approaches.

Rest assured, your gown will be ready. Every piece that leaves my home is completed with care, precision, and your event date in mind. Your best interest is my priority and I won’t let you down.

  • 1. Do I need to provide a parent or guardian's contact information?

Yes, and this is non-negotiable for prom bookings. A parent or guardian's full name, phone number, and email address are required for all communication, contract agreements, and updates throughout the process.

    2. Do I need to provide the prom client's full name?

Yes. The full name of the person attending prom is required for my contract and records. No exceptions.

    3. Can the parent or guardian be the sole point of contact?

Absolutely. If a parent or guardian prefers to handle all communication, I do not need the prom client's personal phone number or email. I will work directly with the parent or guardian from start to finish.

    4. When should I submit my deposit?

Only when you are ready to move forward and not a second before. Submitting a deposit before you're prepared to book your consultation can create delays and complications. When you're ready, I’m ready.

    5. How long do I have to schedule my consultation after receiving the booking link?

You have 72 hours from the time you receive your booking link to select your consultation date and time. After that window closes, your spot is no longer guaranteed.

    6. How is my gown or suit estimate calculated?

Your estimate is based on the materials required to construct your design, the level of craftsmanship involved, and the production time needed. Your quote will only increase if you request additional design elements or changes after the original design has been confirmed.

    7. What if the exact fabric or material I want isn't available?

If a specific fabric or material cannot be sourced, I will find the closest possible alternative and reach out to you before making any decisions. Your approval is always required before we move forward with a substitution.

    8. Will I receive weekly updates on my gown?

I do not provide weekly progress updates. Because every gown receives the same level of focused attention, routine check-ins are not part of our process. You will be contacted promptly any time there is a meaningful update, milestone, or decision that requires your attention.

    9. Can you give me a production timeline right away?

Not immediately. A realistic production timeline can only be confirmed once all materials have been sourced and the full design plan is finalized. I will communicate this as soon as it is established.

    10. Where are the gowns created?

Trisha Will gowns are all constructed in my home studio in East Mt. Airy, Philadelphia.

    1. How will I be contacted throughout the process?

Email is my primary method of communication. Please check your inbox regularly. All quotes, appointment details, contract documents, and important updates will all be sent via email. It is your responsibility to stay on top of your inbox throughout this process.

    12. How many fittings should I expect?

Most clients have between one and three fittings, depending on the complexity of the design. In some cases, if no adjustments are needed, your gown may be ready to take home the same day as your final fitting.

    13. Can I bring guests to my consultation?

Yes, up to two guests may accompany the prom client. I keep it intimate to ensure a focused, comfortable experience. Any additional guests will be asked to wait outside.

    14. What are the starting prices?

Custom prom gowns and start at $2,500.

Final pricing is determined by design complexity, fabric selection, and embellishments, and will be quoted after your consultation.

    15. Are deposits refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable. They are applied directly toward the total cost of your gown and represent our commitment to beginning your custom piece.

    16. What happens if I miss my consultation?

Missing your scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the loss of your spot as a client. Rebooking is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Identification & Contract Policy

A parent or legal guardian must be present at all consultations, fittings, and contract signings. No exceptions. At the time of your consultation, we will take a photo of the parent or guardian's valid government-issued ID for our records. This is standard practice and ensures proper documentation and accountability for every client.

Please keep the following in mind:

    • The contract will be signed by and made exclusively with one parent or legal guardian, regardless of how many adults are involved in the process.

    • If multiple adults are contributing financially or otherwise, please coordinate among yourselves before your appointment. Trisha Will will direct all communication and final decisions to the primary contract signer only.

    • I will make exceptions to communicate with both parents when necessary and appropriate.

I ask that you respect this policy. It exists to keep your experience organized, clear, and protected from start to finish.

Prom Date Disclosure & Expedited Completion Policy

If you are attending a prom other than your own school's, whether it's a friend's prom, a date's prom, or any event with a different date, you must disclose this during your consultation. Unless told otherwise, I will automatically schedule production around the prom date associated with your school.

If your gown needs to be completed earlier than the standard production timeline, this is considered an expedited request and carries an additional $500 fee. This fee reflects the adjustments made to my production schedule to prioritize and complete your piece ahead of schedule.

Please plan accordingly and communicate your dates clearly at your consultation.

    Appointments & Communication Policy

Trisha Will is appointment-based only. Walk-ins and unannounced visits will not be accommodated under any circumstances. Please respect my process and the time needed for every client currently in production.

    Regarding parent communication:

I will work with one designated parent or legal guardian per gown. If both parents are involved and co-parenting or married, I am happy to communicate with both. However, I will not coordinate with extended family members, aunts, sisters, cousins, or otherwise, on behalf of the client.

This policy keeps our process clear, consistent, and focused entirely on you and your gown. Please designate one primary point of contact before your consultation.
